William is 1!

Our sweet little man turned ONE. This was definitely more a celebration that we survived a year (a hard year). We are so grateful for our friends who not only celebrated with us, but have supported us with this parenting journey.
Party Plan
- Location: Neighborhood Club House
- Food: Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese

- Taller tabletop trees
- Paper Plates/bowls (small bowls & large Plates)
- Napkins
- ONE sign was homemade with paper mache letters & paint (amazon has some options, but I got mine cheaper & hobby lobby)
- Picture wall with photos from birth to year 1 (use the twine & paper clips to hang)

Overall Thoughts: We loved getting to celebrate William turning 1. This was a great excuse to be around the people we love and who loved us so well. The 1st year of Williams life was hard. Transition into parenthood was difficult & making it a year was a big milestone for us. I think it is easy to go extravagant & big, which for some is great. For us it meant renting a bounce house, crockpot soup & some of the best friends.
